Mag’s Care Foundation
The K. Mag’s Care Foundation, is a non-governmental organization and charitable foundation which is Located at Lerie Colony, Kohima District Nagaland. The organization was constituted on 15th May 2018, in Memorial of Lt. Nisa Magdaline Pfoze, a beloved Mother, Aunt and Grandmother who lived with God’s love and was revered by all.
The foundation was registered under Khrietho Youth Society Registered No. H/RS-653 dated 31-5-2000 in the office of the Registrar of Societies, Nagaland, Kohima under Registration of Societies Act 1860 as amended vide Registration of Societies (Nagaland First Amendment) Act, 1969. The organization sought to develop young generation through educational fields in the state.
Vision & Mission
To function as the true representative body of Management Education for marginalized as well as public, and for safeguarding the interests of the sector and contributing to quality improvement on a continuing basis.
The cores of the foundation are as follows:

- Curriculum development
- To take all such steps on its own or in collaboration with
- other Centre for the promotion of Management Education. Bring an effective and vibrant attitude and contributing to quality improvement on a continuous basis.
- To identify and implement social development in the area of
- Education and Livelihoods.
Aims & Objectives
- To produce an effective and positive attitude of vibrant and educated minds of young people in the society.
- To give to the people the ultimate interest of development in intellect and society.
- To bring out the greater caliber of every individual.
- To arouse the interest in learning and stimulate individuals and community self-reliance.
- To meticulously help every individual in deciding and achieving their goals and aims.
- To bring about spontaneity and originality thus widening the field of knowledge.
- To work for the betterment and upliftment where the community, society, the union is required.
- To help the poor and needy through the educational field.
